The MS-Access Course is designed to help learners master the fundamentals and advanced features of Microsoft Access, a powerful database management system. The course focuses on creating, managing, and analyzing relational databases effectively.

  1. Introduction to MS-Access:

    • Understanding database concepts.
    • Exploring the MS-Access interface and navigation.
  2. Creating a Database:

    • Designing and setting up new databases.
    • Using tables, fields, and data types.
  3. Working with Tables:

    • Creating and modifying table structures.
    • Establishing primary keys and relationships.
    • Importing and exporting data from/to external sources (Excel, CSV, etc.).

    • Creating calculated fields and aggregate functions.
  5. Forms:

    • Designing and customizing user-friendly forms for data entry.
    • Adding controls like buttons, dropdowns, and checkboxes.
    • Using subforms for related data.
  6. Reports:

    • Generating detailed and summary reports.
    • Formatting reports for printing and sharing.
    • Embedding charts and grouping data in reports.
  7. Macros and Automation:

    • Automating repetitive tasks with macros.
    • Creating buttons to execute commands in forms.

    • Using action queries (Append, Update, Delete).
